Should I file a Nexium lawsuit against My Pillow Pets? There are two main reasons for this question. First, is the toy really a "pillow pet? " Second, is it unfair that I should sue My Pillow Pets because they advertise their product on television and print ads with pictures of a cat lying on a pillow.

Well, if you take a closer look at the My Pillow Pets cat and say it looks like a cat and has the same characteristics as a cat, then it is not really a "pillow pet. " And if it is unfair that I should sue them for deceptive advertising, then why wouldn't it be unfair for me to sue My Pillow Pets because they have used pictures that resemble a cat on television and print ads?

Now then, in terms of whether or not you should file a lawsuit against My Pillow Pets for the "deceptive advertising" claim, I would say that it depends. On one hand, the manufacturer of My Pillow Pets makes it very clear that their cats are not to be taken seriously when compared to stuffed animals. They make this very clear in their literature and ads.

Secondly, the manufacturer of the My Pillow Pet's line of products has a history of making claims about their products that were either false or simply untrue. The manufacturer of the "Furry Fluff" product had a case before the Federal Trade Commission where they said that My Pillow Pets was guilty of deceptive advertising because their company had never made a stuffed animal that looked like a cat - only cats had been advertised in their catalogs. And yet the company continued to market a plush stuffed animal that looked like a cat with cat-like characteristics.

And thirdly, in my view, My Pillow Pets was guilty of deceptive advertising when they were marketing their cat pillow as a sleeping cat. Their advertisement and website said that their cat pillow would help to get your cat to sleep better, which it does in most cases. However, they did say that their cat pillows were designed to help to give the user "the ultimate comfort during long hours of slumber. " This was deceptive advertising in my opinion, and therefore, I think that I should file a Nexium lawsuit against My Pillow Pets for the deceptive advertising claim.

Should I file a Nexium lawsuit against My Pillow Pets? In my opinion, the answer is yes.
